In-house Quality Control over Every Step
From the material to electroplating, we can control every step of production in-house. This enables us to better control quality and save costs. We also developed much special equipment by ourselves according to different products, which greatly improve our efficiency. We add 20 to 30 new products to our selection every month, and produce up to $ 3 million worth of goods monthly. Our electroplated E-coating guarantees 96 hours salt-spray testing for the steel handles in stainless steel finish. A team of more than 30 QC helps to ensure quality at every step.
